Diana's personal mission is to create value, through authentic and open engagement, make a positive impact on everyone she encounters, and to treat every individual as a human being of value and worth. Diana firmly believes that respect is earned, and true leadership is based on influence, not merely a title.
Throughout her exceptional career spanning more than 25 years, Diana has consistently sought and embraced opportunities to provide leadership, foster teamwork, and seek personal growth, regardless of the role held. Her professional journey has provided her with progressively responsible leadership roles in the domains of executive leadership, operations, administration, organizational health, human resources, business planning, and technology. Diana is a member of the Maxwell Leadership Executive Program, and a Certified DISC Consultant.
